Accent Inns Kelowna

This hotel was honestly the real pleasant surprise of our whole Canadian road trip. This was our last night before flying home, and really just a stop over to break up a long drive, selected just for a good price. But it really exceeded expectations! The room was a great size, with a good sized bathroom and separate sink and dresser area, 'bedroom' type space and a decent size sitting area. Large desk space. Good facilities with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, large fridge... Plenty of toiletries provided, plus a little rubber duckie. Dedicated parking space directly outside the room made unloading and packing up easy and gave reassurance in terms of security. The area was what you'd expect from any larger city, and I've read other reviews put off by some local characters, but honestly we felt perfectly safe and secure and encountered no issues at all. Well located for access to main roads in and out of town. More of a walk into downtown, but perfectly do-able in 15-20min or so, and felt an easy and safe trip even returning later at night. We also got free breakfast vouchers for the grill across the car park which was unexpected but appreciated - note the voucher is for a specific set breakfast rather than anything off their menu, but can also be used as discount against whatever you like, and staff were really good at explaining your options and accommodating and changes or extras you wanted.

So clean!! Decorated very lovely. Very comfortable bed. And you got a coupon for a breakfast at Ricky’s. And the rubber ducky that you get to keep was very festive.

Room was very clean. Staff were friendly. Location was great for us: 2 km to downtown area and 3 km to hospital (reason for stay). Lots of restaurants in area and a mall across the street that had a grocery store. Also a convenience store on same block. Parking lot was big and contained a Ricky's Restaurant and a Starbucks. Guests of the hotel get a 10% discount at Ricky's. You can walk or drive to the downtown area easily down Bernard Avenue and see many heritage houses.

Room was clean and comfortable. The bed in the bedroom was very nice and the sofa bed was comfortable.

The room was very comfortable and clean, with everything well-maintained. Breakfast had a great variety and was fresh and tasty each morning. Overall, the cleanliness throughout the hotel really stood out and made the stay feel relaxing and enjoyable.
